“Senior Economist Scott Anderson and Economist Ed Kashmarek reported Tuesday that while employment growth in Colorado has rebounded from its trough of -5.7 percent year-over-year in August 2009 to -0.5 percent in November 2010, it still lags the national 0.6 percent increase. Even though year-over-year growth has improved, the state has still lost 27,900 jobs since the end of the national recession in June 2009.”
